THE DEGREASING PROCESS
En traitement de surfaces, le dégraissage chimique sert à dégraisser ou éliminer les graisses présentes en surface (poussière, huile…) et est généralement effectué afin de préparer la surface avant le traitement. Il peut être appliqué en immersion dans un bain chimique. En fonction des contaminations présentes en surface, il est également possible de l’additionner à un nettoyage à ultrasons.
CHOSSING THE RIGHT DEGREASING PROCESS
The degreasing product used will depend on the characteristics of the surface and the type of metal. Our degreasing products can be applied on stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, mild steel or on some non-ferrous metals(copper, brass) or special metals (nickel...).
We recommend applying them before the pickling and other surface treatments (passivation...).
